Soon to come: new Talking Points cards!
We’ve gotten requests from numerous units to update the Talking Points wallet cards, so we are. Frankly, we didn’t know if anyone used them but apparently they’re pretty popular. We’ll let you know when they are available.

One Minute Professor: Who’s your star?
We all know there are brilliant faculty doing amazing things at WSU. But how do we bring them to life in a way that is interesting, engaging and can go on YouTube? We’re serious. Let us know about professors doing cool stuff who would be open to doing something fun and filmable. We can use them on the Web site, Facebook or maybe in lecture videos. Who have you got who can talk about the academic side of pop culture? Who’s the intellectual who can explain black holes or the history of the world in one minute? Send suggestions to carol.baldwin@wayne.edu

Tip of the Day: From Julie Goss O’Connor in the Office of the Vice President for Research
For those of you who are not Research@Wayne fans, here's a health tip for you: WSU/KCI researcher Q. Ping Dou says, "Drink your green tea." He’s researching whether tea polyphenol, an antioxidant, may help prevent or aid in the fight against cancer. Check out this story in The Macomb Daily http://j.mp/QtRa5
