The MAC writing and editing team tells Wayne State's story by crafting copy for a wide and diverse range of audiences. From internal emails and campus posters to web content and billboards, we create new content and edit copy to align with Wayne State's strategic goals set forth in the Prosperity Agenda

The MAC editorial team should review communication materials for events that include the president's participation, as well as special-purpose letters requiring her signature. Customarily, these materials are routed by the originator to the president's office, which sends them to us.

In addition to taking a leadership role in communications for the Office of the President, MAC provides editorial services to schools, colleges, departments and programs across the university, striving for tone continuity and style consistency. To that end, we maintain the WSU style guide, an online reference for communicators wondering whether we capitalize Midtown (we do) or add a space to OneCard (we don't).
